US-based would-be travelers should take advantage of major airlines’ fare sale to Europe:
Emirates offers roundtrip economy class between New York JFK and Hamburg  for $198 round trip ($387.80, including all taxes and surcharges).  Conditions: travel before March 30, purchase by March 13.
AirFrance — in celebration of its new morning flight from New York JFK to Paris CDG — is offering special morning one-way coach fares for $199 to Paris.  Conditions: travel beteen May 1-17, purchase by March 11.

Visit Britain and Virgin Atlantic have joined hands for their marketing campaigns. These two will soon be offering reciprocal links on their respective websites for airline deals, featured destinations and travel.

It does not really mean that you’d get better travel deals all the time. But if a great deal does come up for a tour in and around Britain, you’d have better chances of knowing about it.
