Travel should be sometime between 23 February and 30 June, 2007.
Flight must be purchased 7 days in advance.
Of course, major events, school vacations and holidays are considered black-out days.

As previously reported, air passengers leaving UK will be facing an increase from February 2007. Yes, even if you have booked and paid for your flight before the tax hike was announced last December.
