Happy hour is from 6 or 7pm until 9pm. Price for each drink is fixed. Some bars even have a buffet of appetizers and snacks which budget traveler you can take advantage of by filling yourself as if you are having dinner.

Should you be in Milan, you might want to fill yourself up without emptying your pockets over at Da Oscar.
You’ll get a big plate of Pasta for budget traveler-friendly prices. They have other meals available, as well. And everything tastes good.
There’s a catch, though. Oscar, the owner, is quite a character. He runs around shouting insults. If you’re not overly sensitive, you may even catch yourself hiding a smile. That is, if you understand Italian.
