Not yet regularly scheduled blogging
The unpacking is going well, but there’s still a lot left to do. Apartments in Germany rarely come with ceiling lamps or closets, for example, and we don’t have enough of either at the moment. And even though this Munich apartment is much bigger than our Zurich place was, the kitchen is ridiculously tiny, leaving me wondering what other rooms of the house would be appropriate places to store, say, pots and pans. Any ideas?
So meanwhile, since I am too frazzled to come up with any interesting blog posts of my own, I’d like to encourage you to check out what some other fabulous bloggers are writing about Europe and travel this week:
- The Switzerland Traveler presents the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.
- Read about The Big Finn’s Christmas in Paris.
- Buda Baby explores Lisbon, Portugal.
- The Paris Traveler dishes about one of the city’s oh-so-fancy restaurants.

It seems like everything is smaller in Europe.

YEs, things are smaler in Europe, but that doesn’t necessarily mean worse :-)
Great idea for a post btw!

Thanks for the link Jul!
I’m in Zermatt right now and I see what you mean about Swiss beer. Rather like a mountain stream, it is!
