Low-cost, no-frills Bus Service in the UK

by Melissa Atienza-Petri on September 30th, 2006

RyanAir - Airline  :  _____ - Bus

The answer? MEGABUS, the low-cost intercity bus travel within the UK.

Imagine this… fares start at £1, with a 50p booking fee.  The same pricing model as budget airlines are offered by megabus.  Of course, the earlier you book, the cheaper it will be.

Check the routes served by Megabus here.

I am looking forward to travel with my family on megabus from Edinburgh to London, Feb 2, 2008. I guess it will be a wonderful experience. Right now tickets are available till Jan 13, 2008. I am checking the website everyday to book the Pound One ticket per head. It would be a thrill.
