I love the look of old architecture in European cities. We don’t have much of that in Toronto.

That’s the biggest advantage of living in Europe for a while - everything is relatively close by if you take the train or a budget airline! Weekend trips are just so much more of a ‘get away’ if you can leave the country or go to a completely different region than if you just go to the lakehouse or beach.
