Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Europe String
If you can’t make it to Ireland’s festivities, I hope you at least get to enjoy a little green beer and Irish folk music today. I celebrated with a little Irish cheddar and stout fondue myself.

This sounds interesting and worth a try. I love Brussel sprouts but haven’t found anyone else who does so I am wondering if I can persuade my friends to try it.
I love Brussels sprouts too, Moggy. They were great with the fondue. The nice thing about fondue is that everyone can use whatever dippers they want – those who hate Brussels sprouts can stay away from them and use potatoes instead. More Brussels sprouts for you!
