The end of the holiday season
Three King’s Day tends to signify the end of the winter holidays in Europe. Today kids are back at school, people are back at work, and Christmas trees are being discarded en masse (at least on our street).
For my husband and I, though, this morning felt exactly like Christmas morning: the movers arrived with our belongings! We could hardly sleep last night, we were so excited to have our stuff back. It’s been almost two months since we moved out of our Zurich apartment. How nice to have some place to call “home” again.
And now to unpack…
