Head over to Vondelpark, Amsterdam’s largest and most famous park, for some FREE entertainment this summer.
The Openluchttheater (open-air theater) which is located right at the center of the park stages all kinds of free performances throughout the month of June.

If you are traveling with a child, visit on a Wednesday for child-oriented shows
Like to dance? Salsa and tango workshops are scheduled every Thursday
Fridays through Sundays, you can watch theatrical and musical performances.  They really have great concerts there.

Or… you can just enjoy the weather, buy some food at the nearest grocery and have a picnic.

Must-see sites in Lisbon are: St. Jorge’s Castle, Praça do Comércio, Cristo Rei, Centro Cultural de Belém, Ponte 25 de Abril (from the same designer of the San Francisco Bridge) and the The Gulbenkian Museum.
